Welcome home to Karen and welcome to America Nick!

I hope that you two will love your new life here in the states and that you won't miss Australia too much Nicky. We are excited to have you here and I am sure it just means more happy cookin' for you and some big Texas sized barbecues! I sent out an email to some friends with the new info and I didn't have to reregister even. I am so glad, because as Karen can tell you it's a problem every freakin' time for me. I hope that everyone registers and posts recipes, I actually try them, well some of them. My favorite tip is PerfectAngels egg tip because all my life I've been screwing up boiled eggs. Thanks to Nick & Karen for maintaining this site for friends to get together and share their food because as we all know, food tells a story and keeps us happy. It is how most families and friends get together and share good times.
