Santa's Sled Canapes

Ingredients:

4 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Zest from one orange
Juice of one orange
4 pieces bacon
1 round Idaho Golden Greek cheese
1/2 cup crumbled Stilton cheese

Preparation:

Rinse cranberries and place in saucepan. Add sugar, water, orange zest and juice and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Fry bacon until crisp and set aside. Cut Idaho Golden Greek cheese into slices 1/4 inch thick.

Heat pan over medium heat and fry cheese slices until golden brown. Chop bacon into small pieces. Place cheese slices on a plate and top each with crumbled Stilton, bacon and cranberry sauce. Serve immediately.
