Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza
Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated
chocolate chip cookie dough
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups, such as Reese’s
1/2 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces, such as Reese’s Pieces
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break up cookie dough and press evenly over the bottom of an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake cookie 12-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle on chocolate chips. Let stand to soften chips, then spread chocolate evenly over crust.
Let cool slightly, then sprinkle candies evenly over crust. Cut into wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
