Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
4 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups semi sweet or milk chocolate chips (i like to do 1 cup of each)

Preparation:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla, eggs and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture. Stir and fold in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoon rounds onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.
