Strawberries with Swagger
Mixing Bowl

Ingredients:

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. Kahlua
2 to 3 pints whole fresh strawberries

Note: Other chunky fruit can be used.Dates.,pineapple',cookies,pretzel rods(break in 1/2 dip broken end),dried fruit like apricots.

Preparation:

Melt chips over hot water in double boiler.Add milk. Remove from heat. Add Kahlua; whisk until smooth. Cool until thickened (about 1 hour). Use fresh firm berries. Hand dip each berry, leaving on stem;and leaves. Place on wax paper tray; Chill.

Note: You can also double dip in white melted chocolate and dip in flaked coconut. or nuts.
