Maple-Jalapeño Sour Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
2 Tbs pure maple syrup
3 tsp jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
2 tsp lime juice, fresh
Tabasco sauce, to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, mix well; chill until ready to serve.

Note: We urge you to try this delicious condiment on the griddle cakes, as well as plain baked sweet potatoes! It is surprisingly good! Serves 6 to 8.
