Tart Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
3 cups Greek-style yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Combine yogurt, sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Process in ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer yogurt into a container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 1 quart
