Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon ground fennel seeds
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons Spanish paprika

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Oil the steaks as in the perfect steak recipe and coat each side with 1 teaspoon of the herb rub, then grill per the steak recipe. Good for 4 steaks.
