Maple Pumpkin Pie Granola
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup Organic Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
1 cup chopped dried apples
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add syrup and
pumpkin pie spice and mix well. Stir in oats and pumpkin seeds; transfer to a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Press into a 1-inch thick layer.
Bake for 10 minutes; stir and bake for 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and toss with dried apples. Let cool completely to crisp. Makes 6 servings.
