Sweetened Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream, chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Preparation:

In a medium-size bowl, combine cream, vanilla and sugar with an electric mixer. Beat ingredients just until soft peaks form.
Scoop whipped cream out of bowl and gently dollop in the center of your cake, letting the cream “drapeâ€
