Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Stilton is an English blue cheese with a pungent, slightly sweet flavor. You will need 3 ounces of Stilton for this recipe.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Stilton cheese , crumbled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve. (Dressing can be refrigerated in airtight container for 1 week.) Makes about 1 1/2 cups
