Provencal Olive Spread

Ingredients:

2 (15-ounce) cans Great Northern beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
4 teaspoons capers
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 kalamata olives, pitted

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Place bean mixture in a bowl. Yields 2 cups
