Sausage Puffs

Ingredients:

1 package crescent rolls
1/2 pound sausage
5 tablespoons cream cheese
1 egg white
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation:

Spread half of the crescent pieces on a greased cookie sheet. Fry the sausage and add cream cheese while still warm and stir. Put a heaping tablespoon of sausage mix on each crescent roll piece. Cover with another crescent piece and crimp edges to seal. Brush egg white over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Yield: 3 servings
