Sunny Sausage

Ingredients:

6-8 eggs
1 3/4 cups of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 dashes cayenne pepper

5 slices of cubed white bread
1 lb sausage

3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Mix the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and cayenne pepper with a whisk. Add in the cubed bread and sausage. Chill overnight in refrigerator or freeze until ready to use. When ready to cook, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, let it stand for 10 minutes.
