Sopaipilla Cheesecake

[align=center]Sopaipilla Cheesecake

2 packages crescent rolls
3 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon[/align]

Prehear oven to 350 degrees. Unroll 1 package crescent dough into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13" pan. Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, and spread over the dough. Top with second package of dough.

For the topping: Pour melted butter over the dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the dough.

Bake 30 minutes, cool then chill.

Makes 16 servings.
