Sugar Free Fruity Cream Cake Filing

Ingredients:

1 (9 oz.) package sugar free vanilla or chocolate pudding,
1 medium can crushed pineapple or other canned fruit, in its own juice, (not syrup) drained, and cut into small pieces (if using other fruit),
3 envelopes of sugar-free whipped topping mix.

Preparation:

Make pudding and whipped topping mixes according to the package directions, then add the pudding to mixing bowl. Fold in fruit and whipped topping. Mix well. Use it to frost cake or as a cake filling
