Sweetheart Fruit & Cream Pizza Tart

Sweetheart Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 egg yolk
2 tablespoons orange juice

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
With clean hands or a food mixer, add butter, kneading ingredients together.

Add egg yolk and orange juice, continuing to knead until ingredients form a doughy consistency.

Remove the dough from the bowl and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
