3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup instant espresso
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons vanilla extract[/align]

Combine sugar, cocoa, espresso, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Whisk in water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute, stirring often. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

Store for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Give with serving instructions.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups syrup

Serving Instructions: Stir 1 tablespoon of Mocha Latte Syrup into 3/4 cup of hot milk.

Syrup Container Tag & Magnet
You will need white air-dry modeling clay, rubber stamp (we used a Santa stamp with a square rubber background for a better impression), fine-point markers, wavy edged craft scissors, cardstock, craft glue, adhesive-backed magnetic strip, double sided tape, ribbons, syrup container, glue dot, alphabet stamps, distressed ink pad, striped scrapbook paper, and a hole punch.

1. Flatten the clay to 1/4" thickness. Stamp the image and trim the clay. Allow to dry; then, color the image.

2. Use the craft scissors to cut a cardstock piece larger than the stamped piece; glue it to the back. Apply the magnet to the back of the cardstock.

3. Tape ribbon around the container. Attach the magnet to the ribbon with the glue dot.

4. Stamp the scrapbook paper as shown. Cut the paper into a tag and glue it to cardstock. Trim the cardstock slightly larger than the tag. Punch a hole in the tag and tie it to the handle with a ribbon bow.
