Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

Combine in one bowl:
2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob
4 well–beaten eggs
2 cups light cream
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Place dish in a shallow pan of very hot water, water level about 1â€
