Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 T. minced garlic
5 chopped green onions
1/2 red onion
1/2 small red bell pepper, diced
1-1/3 lb. chopped artichoke hearts
1-1/2 t. Tabasco sauce
1-1/2 t. kosher salt
1-1/2 t. white pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown. Serve with baked pita chips or bread of choice. Makes 2 qt.
