Make your lasagna a day ahead this easy way.
Do NOT cook the noodles.
Your first layer in pan will be sauce. Put a layer of your dry noodles right from the box next. follow your recipe using the noodles dry.
Cover with saran wrap, and then foil. Refrigerate over night.
2 hours before serving, let sit on counter. Put in your preheated oven on the temperature your recipe calls for. Do not remove the saran wrap.or foil. It is SAFE to bake with it on there. tomato sauce kind of "eats" almumnum foil. and the saran will keep it all moist until you pull it all off to brown the top.
