Truffles
12 ounces semi chocolate chips
4 tablespoons butter
Melt together blend well
Mix in
1/3 cup jelly or seedless jam
2 tablespoons liquor
Let cool, form into balls. Roll in powdered sugar, nuts, cocoa or anything else you might want.
