Creamy Nut Icing
Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup light cream
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Preparation:
Mix together all ingredients and cook until thickened. Pour on cake while frosting is still warm.
