Tahiti Sweetie Mocktail
Preparation:
2 ounces coconut juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
Splash Rose's sweetened key lime juice
Club soda to taste
Chunks of fresh pineapple to garnish
Preparation:
Combine coconut, pineapple and key lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Pour into a martini glass, top with club soda and garnish with chunks of fresh pineapple. Makes 1.
