Basic Marinade For Beef
Preparation:
This is a basic marinade that works for all types of beef.
3/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, tarragon or rosemary)
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Preparation:
Combine the wet ingredients and then whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the herbs and spice. Add meat and marinate for six hours.
