Smoked Almond Butter
Ingredients:
1 c. smoked almonds
Almond oil, as needed
Preparation:
Place smoked almonds in blender, and process on high speed until the almonds form a paste. If the butter is not smooth enough add almond oil until desired consistency is reached (butter should not be runny).
Transfer to a small bowl; reserve for service. Makes 1 cup.
