Apricot Compote
Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can apricot halves with juice
1/4 cup dried currents
1 15 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tbs. brown sugar
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients gently and heat through.
