mix together 1/2 cup heinz 57 steak sauce (not A-1)
and 1/2 cup honey
the first time I made this I basted a chicken with it, covered in foil the first 45 minutes.. then I removed the cover and brushed it on and baked another 20 minutes...
this is also good on pork chops, and ribs.
