Hot Cherry Cider
Ingredients:
1 gallon apple cider
2 cans pie cherries (not cherry pie mix)
4 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Preparation:
Mix cider and cherries in a large pot, and warm on stovetop. Add honey and brown sugar and bring mixture to a boil. Keep warm on stovetop for your guests to serve themselves, and offer them a stick of cinnamon for each mug as a garnish and to add a spicy flavor.
Note: This cider can be spiked, just add your preferred liquor.
