Dill Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
½ bunch fresh dill
1 teaspoon honey
A fifth of quality vodka
Preparation:
Place dill and honey in vodka. Let sit for 3 or 4 days, then taste.
For a stronger herb flavor, steep longer. If vodka becomes cloudy, strain mixture through a cloth.
