Baby Mushrooms with White Wine & Garlic

Ingredients:

Button sized mushrooms
Garlic cloves - 3
Olive oil
White wine
Tomato paste
Salt and Pepper
Thyme

Preparation:

Heat up your frying pan and add olive oil - About 2 tablespoons.

Take 2 or 3 garlic cloves and dice them, then throw into frying pan for a couple of minutes and add mushrooms.

In a jar, mix 3 teaspoons of white wine and tomato paste. Pour over mushrooms. Season with salt/pepper and thyme leaves and cook for about 15 minutes until most of the liquid is gone.

Put mushrooms in cute little dishes or wherever you'd like to add them, and garnish.
