Basic Marinade For Beef

Preparation:

This is a basic marinade that works for all types of beef.
3/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, tarragon or rosemary)

Combine the wet ingredients and then whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the herbs and spice. Add meat and marinate for six hours.
