Homemade Chex Mix
This homemade chex mix is perfect for gifts (especially around Christmas). I make up large batches and then fill some pretty plastic containers with a nice Christmas bow. This give you the salty and sweet combination.
Ingredients:
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Cheerios
3 cups pretzels
2 cups peanuts
12 ounces M&M’s
1 pound white chocolate (I use white bark chocolate)
Preparation:
Melt chocolate. Mix with Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, and nuts. Continue to mix and break up until white chocolate is completely dry. Add M&M’s. Enjoy.
